Who we are

MartechPilot (martechpilot.com) is operated by CREATIVESERVICE Ltd (КРЕАТИВСЕРВИС ЕООД), a Bulgarian limited liability company registered under UIC 207177756, VAT BG207177756, with registered address at Sunny Beach Resort, Harmony Suites complex No. 4, building A, floor 2, apartment 207, Nesebar 8240, Bulgaria.

What data we collect

As of the date above, MartechPilot.com is a static publication with no analytics, no cookies, and no user accounts. Specifically we do not collect:

• Page-view analytics (no third-party trackers loaded)
• Cookies of any kind
• Account credentials (no account system exists)
• Payment information (we do not sell anything directly)
• Health, biometric, or other special-category data under GDPR Art. 9

We do incidentally collect, only when you actively interact with the site:

• Server access logs. Our origin server (nginx) records IP address, request timestamp, URL path, and user agent for each request. Retained for 30 days for security and abuse prevention. Lawful basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Email correspondence. If you email us, we retain the message and your address to respond and for record-keeping (up to 24 months).

Analytics (PostHog, Plausible, or similar) may be introduced in future. When that happens this policy will be updated before the change ships, a consent banner will be added, and you will be notified at the top of this page with a new "last updated" date.

Affiliate links

Some links on the site are affiliate links — marked with our affiliate disclosure. Clicking an affiliate link redirects you to the vendor's site, where the vendor's own cookies and tracking apply. We do not store affiliate clickstream data on our servers; the only record is in the 30-day server access log noted above.

Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK, or any other GDPR-applicable jurisdiction, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
• Correct inaccurate data (Art. 16)
• Request deletion ("right to be forgotten" — Art. 17)
• Restrict processing (Art. 18)
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21)
• Data portability (Art. 20)
• Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. In Bulgaria, that is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (КЗЛД) — cpdp.bg/en/.

Automated decision-making

We do not perform automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you (GDPR Art. 22).

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. As described above, we collect only server access logs and email correspondence and we do not sell personal data. When affiliate analytics or tracking are introduced, this section will be updated. Data transfers

The site is served from a server located in the United States. Service providers will be listed here when introduced; as of the date above, no third-party processors handle MartechPilot data on our behalf beyond domain registrar (GoDaddy) and Cloudflare DNS (DNS only — no CDN proxy or analytics enabled).

Children

MartechPilot is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, email legal@martechpilot.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

Material changes are notified at the top of this page with a new "last updated" date and, where required, by direct notice to email subscribers (when a subscriber list exists).
